Here’s the secret to more good reviews and no bad reviews:
- Ask for feedback.
- Send your customers to ThumbsUpReviews.com by providing a link
- in a personal email,
- in a QR code on a table tent or in some other location,
- or on a card they can take home.
If a customer’s experience is “Thumbs Up!”, they will see a menu of your public review sites to choose from. If it’s “Thumbs Down,” the feedback will be sent to your email address, and you’ll get a chance to fix a problem that otherwise might have ended up as a bad review online.
